Mum’s on a Mission has created Limitless Fitness for Mums.  As a Mother of three our Founder and Trainer Rebecca Schelfhout has eliminated the restrictions that motherhood has on a woman’s fitness and well-being. It gives women the opportunity to meet other mums who are in  the same position whilst getting fit and doing something for themselves.

With no need for crèches, daycare or babysitters you can watch your child and know they are safe. We understand that children don’t sit still for an hour when they are awake and our flexible training sessions allow for mothers to attend to their children when needed.

Our focus during the group sessions is to increase energy through exercise and release endorphins.   You will improve your endurance, strength, tone and lean muscle mass.  Your body composition will change dramatically as you reduce body fat and your whole body will become firmer.

Not only is Mum’s on a Mission great for mums but it is a fun morning out for the kids. By joining us you will also be giving your children a chance to socialise with other children and play in the great outdoors. They will see you exercise and learn from your example the importance of exercising and healthy living.
